Tiger Woods earned $10.5 million in U.S. PGA tour

Tiger Woods earned $10.5 million in U.S. PGA tour. On the U.S. PGA Tour this year, Tiger Woods earned $10.5 million in tournament.

Woods, who entered 2009 following reconstructive knee surgery, won six tournaments and finished in the top 10 in 14 of 17 events, including three of four in the FedEx Cup playoffs. He topped the PGA Tour money list for the ninth season, this time without winning one of golf’s four majors.

The 33-year-old Woods has earned $92.9 million during his career and another $20 million in bonus money for twice winning the FedEx Cup. Yesterday’s second-place finish at the U.S. PGA Tour’s finale allowed him to win the FedEx Cup title for the second time in three years.

Woods won $10.9 million in purses in 2007 and $10.6 million in 2005.

Water detected on the surface of the moon

Water detected on the surface of the moon. Water particles have been detected on the surface of the Moon by three missions, including an Indian probe.

The so-called "Moon Mineralogy Mapper," or M3, uses the reflection of sunlight off the Moon's surface to determine soil composition.

In one of the three papers published in the latest edition of the journal Science, researchers said they analyzed light waves detected by an M3 instrument on board an Indian satellite, Chandrayyan-1.

The reflected light waves indicated a chemical bond between oxygen and hydrogen -- proof, the researchers said, of the existence of water on the Moon's surface.

Larry Taylor of the University of Tennessee, one of the study's co-authors, said the instrument is capable of detecting the composition of the thin upper layer of the Moon's surface only to a depth of two or three inches.

Until now, scientists had advanced the theory that there might be ice at the permamently dark bottom of craters at the Moon's poles but that the rest of the Moon was totally dry.

Lunar rocks and soil contain about 45 percent oxygen, but the source of the the hydrogen observed by the instruments on the three probes remains to be determined.

Taylor and his colleagues believe it may have come from an astronomical phenomenon called the solar wind, which consist mainly of streams of positively charged hydrogen atoms emitted as the sun undergoes nuclear fusion.

They estimate that each ton of lunar soil consists of 25 percent water.

Two other probes equipped with M3-type instruments also detected the chemical signature for the presence of water.

These include data gathered by the American spacecraft Cassini as it passed near the moon a decade agon on its way to Saturn.

The third probe, also American, was Deep Impact, which was launched toward the comet Tempel-1 in 2005 to pierce it with a projectile in order to analyze the dust cloud created by the impact.

Deep Impact passed near the Moon to gather data with an instrument similar to M3.

Samples of lunar rock and soil brought back to Earth by Apollo astronauts in the 1960s also contained traces of water.

But the containers in which they were transported were not hermetically sealed so researchers dismissed the presence of water as coming from the Earth.

"To some extent, we were fooled," said Taylor, who has studied the original Apollo missions. "Since the boxes leaked, we just assumed the water we found was from contamination with terrestrial air."

Indian scientists lost radio contact with the Chandrayaan-1 lunar satellite last month, but it had already collected enough data to provide the firmest evidence so far of water concentrated near the lunar poles.

"To find water on the moon was one of the main objectives," mission director Mylswamy Annadurai told AFP in Bangalore.

"The baby has done its job," a clearly delighted Annadurai said. "It's a major milestone, although we still have to quantify the findings."

"It was a combined team effort and of great significance for international space cooperation," he added.

Metro Manila and 26 place areas in Luzon, under state of calamity

Metro Manila and 26 place areas in Luzon, under state of calamity. In Manila Philippines, the Arroyo government on Saturday placed 26 areas in Luzon, including Metro Manila, under a state of calamity due to floods caused by tropical storm Ondoy.

Defense Secretary Gilbert Teodoro said the provinces placed under a state of calamity were Aurora, Quirino, Nueva Viscaya, Nueva Ecija, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Zambales, Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal, Quezon, Isabela, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Benguet, La Union, Ilocos Sur, Cavite, Batangas, Mindoro Occidental, Mindoro Oriental, Marinduque, Camarines Norte, Bataan and Metro Manila.

At least nine people were reported dead or missing in massive floods as a tropical storm lashed the eastern side of the country on Saturday, radio reports said.

A wall, weakened by floodwaters, collapsed in a suburb of Manila, killing a father and child while four children drowned in a flood with three others were swept away by a swollen river outside the capital, radio station DZMM said.

The storm, bearing winds of 85 kilometres (53 miles) per hour with gusts of 100 kph, hit the main island of Luzon near the town of Infanta at about 0200 GMT Sunday, moving west at 19 kph, the weather station said.

Flooding was reported in many districts and on roads reported with waters in some areas reaching as high as the rooftops of one-storey buildings, the civil defence office said.

As many as 700 people were forced to flee their homes and take refuge in evacuation centres due to rising waters, the office said. However, local officials interviewed on radio said they were moving to evacuate more of their residents.

Huge traffic jams clogged the roads in the capital as floodwaters caused many vehicles to stall.

Local officials made appeals on air, asking rescue agencies to send rubber boats to rescue stranded people.

The second level of a three-step storm alert was raised over the eastern provinces of Luzon while the first level alert was hoisted over Metropolitan Manila and surrounding areas, the government said.

The storm is expected to move west, across the main island of Luzon, before exiting the country early Sunday.

An average of 20 typhoons and storms enter the Philippines from the Pacific Ocean over the eastern seaboard every year.

Teodoro said the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC), with the help of police, military and local provincial units, is using all its rescue resources to assist affected people in the affected areas of the storm.

The defense chief also advised residents of Metro Manila to keep out of the streets for more efficient rescue operations.

"We ask our countrymen not to clog the streets and thoroughfares at this time... It does pose a clear and present danger to efficient rescue operations," he said, adding that stranded residents should instead take the Light Rail Transit and Metro Rail Transit to get home.

Teodoro also asked people still stuck on their rooftops for patience and assured them that help will arrive at the soonest possible time.

"I understand the urgency of the situation and we are trying our level-best to respond as quickly as we can," he said.

Dr. Hayden Kho: Two year suspension in PMA

Dr. Hayden Kho: Two year suspension in PMA.

"In a meeting of the Board of Governors last May 22, 2009 at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, the Board of Governors referred to the Commission on Ethics to investigate the Kho-Halili matter that has been well publicized in the media.

"The Commission conducted the investigation and on September 14, 2009, the Commission on Ethics gave its recommendation to the Board of Governors. The Commission found Dr. Hayden Kho, Jr., a member in good standing of the Philippine Medical Association, liable for immorality and dishonorable conduct and recommended the penalty of two years of suspension of membership, but to his cooperation in the investigation and his willingness to make amends by helping less-fortunate brothers and sisters, the penalty is reduced to one year of suspension of membership with the Philippine Medical Association.

"The Board of Governors discussed the recommendation in its meeting on September 15, 2009. After taking note of the position papers and affidavits filed in connection with the case, the Board of Governors, by a vote of 13 to 3 with one abstention, resolved to adopt the recommendation of the Commission on Ethics with modification. The Board of Governors finds Dra. Hayden Kho, Jr. liable for dishonorable conduct for his admitted use of a prohibited drug and taking a video of his sexual acts with Ms. Katrina Halili without the latter's consent on one occasion. Instead of the two years reduced to one year, the Board of Governors resolved that the penalty of Dr. Kho should be three years. However, due to the cooperation by Dr. Kho with the investigation conducted by the Commission on Ethics, the admission made by Dr. Kho and his expression of remorse, the penalty is reduced to two years of suspension of membership in the Philippine Medical Association.

"A motion for reconsideration may be filed with the Board of Governors of the Philippine Medical Association within fifteen days of receipt of the decision. Without a motion for reconsideration, this decision becomes final and executory after the lapse of the 15-day period."

Willie Revillame in candidacy rumors

Willie Revillame in candidacy rumors. TV host Willie Revillame did not categorically deny that he's seeking public office when he returned to his hosting chores in "Wowowee" on Sept. 21. He joked about it, saying, "Kung tatakbo ako? Yes, tatakbo ako" and then he literally ran inside the studio.

In an interview aired on "Showbiz News Ngayon" later that night, Willie still had people guessing on his political plans.

"May takdang panahon, may takdang oras lahat iyan. Kung mag-a-announce man ako ng aking gustong gawin, ia-anounce ko 'yan sa tamang paraan...sa tamang oras at hindi lang sa 'Wowowee.'

"'Eto na ba 'yong panahon. Eto na ba 'yong dapat kong sabihin? At handa na ba akong maglingkod sa sambayanan?' I-a-announce ko 'yan," he said.

Willie added that he will only run for public office if people clearly want him to do so.

"Kung anuman 'yong tatahakin ko, kayo ang magdadala sa akin, hindi ako. Kung nararamdaman ko na mas malaki, mas malawak na serbisyo ang gagawin ko, 'yun ang gagawin ko. Pakikingggan ko especially yong mga taong nangangailangan ng tulong," he said.

And if he wins, Willie said he will not be corrupt.

"Kung magseserbisyo man ako sa inyo, (magiging) open ako sa inyo. Kung magkano ang pera ko sa bangko, o 'yung assets ko, 'yong properties ko, 'yan ang ipakikita ko.

"Sa bawat suweldo ko, tandaan n'yo, hindi ko nanakawan ang samabayanang Pilipino. Dahil pag ninakawan ko 'yan, ninakawan ko na pati ang pamilya ko. Ako'y magbibigay, hindi ako magnanakaw!" "Willie" keep you posted.

Patrick Swayze dies at 57 (with Biography)

Patrick Swayze dies at 57 (with Biography). September 14, 2009 (Monday) Patrick Swayze died at the age of 57 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.

In March 2008 Swayze was suffering from a particularly deadly form of cancer. He kept working despite the diagnosis, putting together a memoir with his wife and shooting "The Beast," an A&E drama series for which he had already made the pilot.

Swayze said he opted not to use painkilling drugs while making "The Beast" because they would have taken the edge off his performance. The show drew a respectable 1.3 million viewers when the 13 episodes ran in 2009, but A&E said it had reluctantly decided not to renew it for a second season.

When he first went public with the illness, some reports gave him only weeks to live, but his doctor said his situation was "considerably more optimistic" than that. Swayze acknowledged that time might be running out given the grim nature of the disease.

"I'd say five years is pretty wishful thinking," Swayze told ABC's Barbara Walters in early 2009. "Two years seems likely if you're going to believe statistics. I want to last until they find a cure, which means I'd better get a fire under it."

C. Thomas Howell, who costarred with Swayze in "The Outsiders," "Grandview U.S.A." and "Red Dawn," said: "I have always had a special place in my heart for Patrick. While I was fortunate enough to work with him in three films, it was our passion for horses that forged a friendship between us that I treasure to this day. Not only did we lose a fine actor today, I lost my older 'Outsiders' brother."

Other celebrities used Twitter to express condolences, and "Dirty Dancing" was the top trending topic for a while Monday night, trailed by several other Swayze films.

Ashton Kutcher whose wife, Demi Moore, costarred with Swayze in "Ghost" wrote: "RIP P Swayze." Kutcher also linked to a YouTube clip of the actor poking fun at himself in a classic "Saturday Night Live" sketch, in which he played a wannabe Chippendales dancer alongside the corpulent -- and frighteningly shirtless -- Chris Farley.

Larry King wrote: "Patrick Swayze" was a wonderful actor & a terrific guy. He put his heart in everything. He was an extraordinary fighter in his battle of Cancer." King added that he'd do a tribute to Swayze on his CNN program on Tuesday night.

A three-time Golden Globe nominee, Swayze became a star with his performance as the misunderstood bad boy Johnny Castle in "Dirty Dancing"." As the son of a choreographer who began his career in musical theater, he seemed a natural to play the role.

A coming-of-age romance starring Jennifer Grey as an idealistic young woman on vacation with her family and Swayze as the Catskills resort's sexy (and much older) dance instructor, the film made great use of both his grace on his feet and his muscular physique.

It became an international phenomenon in the summer of 1987, spawning albums, an Oscar winning hit song in "(I've Had) the Time of My Life," stage productions and a sequel, 2004's"Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights," in which he made a cameo.

Swayze performed and co-wrote a song on the soundtrack, the ballad "She's Like the Wind," inspired by his wife, Lisa Niemi. The film also gave him the chance to utter the now-classic line, "Nobody puts Baby in a corner."

Swayze followed that up with the 1989 action flick "Road House," in which he played a bouncer at a rowdy bar. But it was his performance in 1990's "Ghost" that showed his vulnerable, sensitive side. He starred as a murdered man trying to communicate with his fiancee (Moore) with great frustration and longing -- through a psychic played by Whoopi Goldberg.

Swayze said at the time that he fought for the role of Sam Wheat (director Jerry Zucker wanted Kevin Kline) but once he went in for an audition and read six scenes, he got it.

Why did he want the part so badly? "It made me cry four or five times," he said of Bruce Joel Rubin's Oscar-winning script in an AP interview.

"Ghost" provided yet another indelible musical moment: Swayze and Moore sensually molding pottery together to the strains of the Righteous Brothers' "Unchained Melody." It also earned a best-picture nomination and a supporting-actress Oscar for Goldberg, who said she wouldn't have won if it weren't for Swayze.

"When I won my Academy Award, the only person I really thanked was Patrick," Goldberg said in March 2008 on the ABC daytime talk show "The View."

Swayze himself earned three Golden Globe nominations, for "Dirty Dancing," "Ghost" and 1995's "To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar," which further allowed him to toy with his masculine image. The role called for him to play a drag queen on a cross-country road trip alongside Wesley Snipes and John Leguizamo.

His heartthrob status almost kept him from being considered for the role of Vida Boheme.

"I couldn't get seen on it because everyone viewed me as terminally heterosexually masculine-macho," he told The Associated Press then. But he transformed himself so completely that when his screen test was sent to Steven Spielberg, whose Amblin pictures produced "To Wong Foo," Spielberg didn't recognize him.

Among his earlier films, Swayze was part of the star-studded lineup of up-and-comers in Francis Ford Coppola's 1983 adaptation of S.E. Hinton's novel "The Outsiders".

Other '80s films included "Red Dawn," "Grandview U.S.A." (for which he also provided choreography) and "Youngblood," once more with Lowe, as Canadian hockey teammates.

In the '90s, he made such eclectic films as "Point Break" (1991), in which he played the leader of a band of bank-robbing surfers, and the family Western "Tall Tale" (1995), in which he starred as Pecos Bill. He appeared on the cover of People magazine as its "Sexiest Man Alive" in 1991, but his career tapered off toward the end of the 1990s, when he also had a stay in rehab for alcohol abuse. In 2001, he appeared in the cult favorite "Donnie Darko", and in 2003 he returned to the New York stage with "Chicago"; 2006 found him in the musical "Guys and Dolls" in London.

Swayze was born in 1952 in Houston, the son of Jesse Swayze and choreographer Patsy Swayze, whose films include "Urban Cowboy."

He played football but also was drawn to dance and theater, performing with the Feld, Joffrey and Harkness Ballets and appearing on Broadway as Danny Zuko in "Grease." But he turned to acting in 1978 after a series of injuries.

Within a couple years of moving to Los Angeles, he made his debut in the roller-disco movie "Skatetown, U.S.A." The eclectic cast included Scott Baio, Flip Wilson, Maureen McCormack and Billy Barty.

Off-screen, he was an avid conservationist who was moved by his time in Africa to shine a light on "man's greed and absolute unwillingness to operate according to Mother Nature's laws," he told the AP in 2004.

Swayze was married since 1975 to Niemi, a fellow dancer who took lessons with his mother; they met when he was 19 and she was 15. A licensed pilot, Niemi would fly her husband from Los Angeles to Northern California for treatment at Stanford University Medical Center.

In February, Swayze wrote an op-ed piece in the Washington Post titled, "I'm Battling Cancer. How About Some Help, Congress?" in which he urged senators and representatives to vote for the maximum funding for the National Institutes of Health to fight cancer as part of the economic stimulus package.

He appeared in September 2008 live television event "Stand Up to Cancer," where he made this moving plea: "I keep dreaming of a future, a future with a long and healthy life, a life not lived in the shadow of cancer, but in the light, I dream that the word 'cure' will no longer be followed by the words 'is impossible.'

Down Lyrics
(Jay Sean feat. Lil Wayne)

(Intro)

Baby are you down down down down down,
Downnnnnnn, downnnnnnn,
Even if the sky is falling down,
Downnnnn, downnnnn
Ooohhh (ohhh)

(Verse 1)

You oughta know, tonight is the night to let it go,
Put on a show, i wanna see how you lose control,

(Bridge)

So leave it behind cause we, have a night to get away,
So come on and fly with me, as we make our great escape.

(Chorus)

So baby dont worry, you are my only,
You wont be lonely, even if the sky is falling down,

You wont be lonely, even if the sky is falling down,
Youll be my only, no need to worry,
Baby are you down down down down down,

Baby are you down down down down down,
Downnnnn, Downnnnnn,
Even if the sky is falling down

Ang tunay na pag-ibig ay dumarating once in a person's life. One true love na unconditional and eternal. And this is the love that exists in the world of Stairway to Heaven.

GMA-7 ups the ante of its primetime slate by remaking a well-loved Koreanovela that redefines the genre of classic dramas; a beautiful and timeless tale of undying love between two people.

Stairway to Heaven is the highest-rating Koreanovela in 2005, spawning a huge following and fascinating millions of Filipinos. And to reprise the immensely popular characters in the Pinoy version are internationally-acclaimed Dingdong Dantes as the Pinoy Cholo, and versatile actress Rhian Ramos as the Pinay Jodi.

The story opens with two childhood friends, Cholo and Jodi, who profess their love for each other. But like all love stories, theirs has some problems to face: Eunice, Jodi's stepsister, who wants everything that is Jodi's, and Cholo's eventual departure to study abroad. Still, the two make a promise to wait for each other.

When Cholo (Dingdong Dantes) returns to marry Jodi (Rhian Ramos), Eunice (Glaiza de Castro) orchestrates an accident that would separate the two permanently.

Cholo is devastated, but he will continue to pursue his childhood sweetheart.

Can Cholo's genuine love for Jodi bring her memory back? Will Eunice and her mother Maita's (Jean Garcia) quest to separate the two fated lovers prosper? At ano ang mangyayari sa pag-iibigan nina Cholo at Jodi when they learn of her terrible illness?

Completing the cast of Stairway to Heaven are Sandy Andolong, Jestoni Alarcon, Soliman Cruz, Joshua Dionisio, Barbie Forteza, Joana Marie Tan, Jhake Vargas, Karen delos Reyes, Carlo Gonzales and Paul Holmes.

Under the helm of Bb. Joyce Bernal and Andoy Ranoy, Stairway to Heaven offers all the faces of a classic drama. The show also prides itself for a new rendition of the well-known theme song Pag-ibig ko Sana'y Mapansin by no less than Asia's Songbird Miss Regine Velasquez.

Behold the story of undying love, Stairway to Heaven airs weeknights on GMA Telebabad, after Mars Ravelo's Darna.

Robin Padilla: First cover in FHM Magazine

Robin Padilla: First cover in FHM Magazine. Robin Padilla turning 40 on Nov. 23 and he's fit, firm, as dashing, daring and yes, as dangerous as ever, featured in FHM with 20 other Pinoy Men of Style.

Robin Padilla was asked by FHM magazine this question: Finally, how do you know that a man is not a man?

Robin is in-demand endorser (of Liveraide, Revicon and Excedrin, among others), he has just been tapped as the star of the new Skyflakes commercial which has as theme “how to grab your big break in life.”

Strip Robin naked (if you dare to and if he will let you — at your own risk!) and you will see a body criss-crossed with keloids that look like the map of the globe, which are his “souvenirs” from his derring-do in life-threatening scenes that he’d rather do himself, refusing any “double” so as not to cheat the public.

Spirit still high after a two-week trip to India where he studied an Indian form of martial arts and yoga, with a side trip to the Taj Mahal in Agra, Robin agreed to do a “body talk” for Conversations. He stands 5’10”; weighs 170 lbs.; and wears medium-sized shirt, size-31 briefs and size-9 shoes.

Don’t your keloids have any side effects?

“None so far, except na sumasakit ‘yon kapag mainit.”

What other, hmmmm, “souvenirs” did you get from your shootings?

“Part of my back is broken. My Achilles Heel was injured. Marami akong injuries sa pelikula.”

Just like Jackie Chan whose body bears several such “souvenirs.” Like Jackie, you also don’t have a “double” in your risky (as in life-threatening) scenes, right?

“Eh siempre, inabot ko ang panahon na wala pang daya.” (Laughs).

“Now, it seems na puro daya na ang pag-gawa ng pelikula.”

Aside from martial arts, what other workout do you do for conditioning?

“Only martial arts. I’d rather do yoga. I’m turning 40 (on Nov. 23) and I’m not supposed to lift weights. Sabi ng doctor ko at yoga teacher ko, hindi na maganda sa katawan ng mga taong ka-edad ko ang nagbubuhat ng mabibigat. They said that the best exercises ay ‘yung may kinalaman sa relaxation ng internal organs. Yoga is one of the best.”

You easily lose weight or gain weight as required by your role. You lost weight for Joaquin Bordado and you gained weight for Totoy Bato.

“It’s easy. Focus lang ang kailangan.”

Aren’t you fond of sports?

“No, I’m not. Martial arts lang talaga. Hindi ako mahilig sa basketball dahil pikon ako, eh.” (Laughs) “Badminton naman, it’s not a ‘contact’ sport, eh. I prefer ‘contact’ sports like martial arts. I also like running and mountain-climbing. When I trained for Totoy Bato, I climbed Mt. Pulag in Benguet Province. Next time, I want to climb the Himalayas.”

Any part that needs improvement?

“Puwet ko. My butt.” (Laughs) “Parang kulang yata ang laman d’un.”

Aside from those affected by keloids, what other part of your body is vulnerable?

“My head. I suffer from migraine. Kapag sumumpong ‘yon, tapos na kaagad ang araw ko. I take Excedrin for that. It’s effective, that’s why I agreed to endorse it.

What part of your body is your favorite?

“My legs. They are strong, well-developed, thanks to my mom (Eva CariƱo) who made me scrub the floor. Pinagbubunot ako ng Mama ko kaya lumakas ang legs ko. She also made me carry pails of water to the third floor where we lived. Thanks to the bunot and the balde at talagang na-develop ang legs ko. Among us brothers, I’m the only one with well-developed legs.”

I wonder, with your tight schedule, do you manage to sleep eight hours per night?

“It’s Ramadan so I can’t sleep for eight hours because I have to pray as often as I can. Bawal sa aming mga Muslim ang hindi makapag-dasal. We pray five times every day and during the Ramadan we pray longer at night. I hardly sleep at night, so I try to make up for it by taking power naps during daytime. Importante ang tulog; importante ang pahinga ng katawan. Usually, I try to sleep for six to seven hours. ‘Yon daw ang pinaka-ideal sa edad ko.”

What’s the last thing that you do before you go to sleep?

“After I pray, I read books.”

What kind of books?

“It depends on my mood. When I’m in a good mood, I like to read historical books, those about empires, etc. When I’m sad, I read biographies.”

And the first thing that you do when you wake up?

“Toilet muna and after that, I pray again. That’s very important. ‘Yon ang turo sa amin — pray as soon as we wake up.”

How many pillows do you sleep with?

“Only two. Actually, I don’t sleep with a pillow under my head. I sleep lying flat on my bed kasi it’s good daw for the body, especially sa akin because I have a bad back.”

What do you wear to bed, pajamas?

“Naku, I’ve never worn pajamas in my whole life. I wear shorts with nothing from the waist up. Sometimes, when I put the aircon on, I wear jogging pants and T-shirt.”

Do you sleep with the aircon turned on full blast?

“No. Sometimes, I don’t turn the aircon on. Mas gusto ko pa ang electric fan, pero hindi nakatutok sa akin.”

Aside from yoga, how do you cope with stress?

“Yoga is very good in relieving stress. Sometimes, I have a massage. When I was in India, I learned that massage is a way of life there. Kasama ‘yon sa kanilang pamumuhay.”

What about your diet? What do you take for breakfast?

“Outside of the Ramadan, I take oatmeal with goat milk.”

Any food that you avoid?

“I stay away from beef; I prefer goat meat dahil ‘yon ang pinaka-walang taba. It’s the safest meat to eat.”

Do you manage to take three square meals a day?

“I don’t usually follow the three-meals-a-day routine. It depends on what your body needs. But I avoid eating too much, ‘yung tamang-tama lang. I eat often but in small amounts.”

What vitamins do you take?

“Of course, those that I’m endorsing — Liveraide and Revicon.”

For snacks?

“Siempre po, Skyflakes. Even before I became its endorser, talagang Skyflakes guy na ako. Hindi ‘yon nawawala sa baon ko anywhere I go. ‘Yon ang pinaka-handy na pang-sangga sa gutom, especially for those like me who are always working out, para hindi ka magka-ulcer.”

How much water do you take per day?

“More than 10 glasses.”

Coffee or tea?

“Ah, coffee. I love coffee.”

What’s your favorite hideaway aside from Australia (where his wife Liezl Sicangco and three of their children are; their daughter Queenie, as martial artist who co-stars with Robin in a GMA show, is here).

“After visiting India, I’m going to Iran on Sept. 12 to study naman the Iranian form of martial arts. But of all the places that I’ve been to, my favorite is Agra in India, where the Taj Mahal is. Hanep ang lugar na ‘yon! Na-in-love talaga ako!”
