Sunday, in the Texas town of Rice, a tornado ripped through a town, with a population of less than 1,000 was devastated as five homes were destroyed and winds reached up to 125mph. Eric Meyers, the county's emergency management coordinator, captured incredible video footage of the storm from his car about 45 miles from Dallas.
